How far in advance should we book your services?
Everlie & Co. has a limited number of weekends available for Coordination clients. Please reach out 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date and we will pair you with an Associate Coordinator based on availability. Coordination clients begin working with their Everlie & Co. coordinator three months in advance of their wedding date.
Coordination with Everlie & Co. starts at $4,500.

Do you offer "Day of Coordination"?
Everlie & Co. offers full wedding and event planning services in the Chicagoland area, Cleveland area, and anywhere your celebration may take us. We specialize in creating luxurious, tailor-made events that surpass your wildest dreams. Along with a dedicated team of professionals, we take care of every intricate detail, allowing clients and their families to savor every moment of their special day, leaving all of the small details and logistics to us.
Full Planning starts at $15,000; Partial Planning starts at $12,000

What services do you offer?
Everlie & Co. planners take only one wedding/event per weekend. While booking events, we ensure our calendars allow for plenty of time to dedicate to our clients.

How many weddings/events do you plan each year?
Yes! Everlie & Co. plans weddings and events in Chicago, Cleveland and throughout the Midwest. Everlie & Co. is available for domestic and international travel.

Do you travel?
You'll be paired with either Lauren or Kirsty, the lead planners and co-owners of Everlie & Co. Based on Lauren and Kirsty’s availability, you will have your initial consultation with the planner that you’ll work with from beginning to end.
Our talented Associate Coordinators are available for Coordination and Partial Planning. Your initial consultation will be with Lauren or Kirsty and you'll then be paired with an Associate.

Are you hiring?
Yes, Everlie & Co. planners take a limited number of non-wedding events each year. We've planned corporate holiday parties, summer employee appreciation events, and multi-day conferences.
