Along the way, your Everlie Expert will manage all vendor communications, logistics, and details to seamlessly bring it all together in the final weeks leading up to your wedding day or weekend.

When you work with us, we take care of every intricate detail, allowing you to savor your special day without the burden of stress. With us, you'll create unforgettable memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Perfect for the couple who has the time to be involved in the planning process while receiving support and guidance from your Everlie Expert. Your planner will advise on budget and recommend vendors, and guide you through the catering and design processes with some of our sought after planning tools. All items described in The Essentials are included here, as well.
What some may call “day of” or “month of,” but much more comprehensive! Starting three months out from your wedding date, your Everlie Expert will meet with you to review vendor contracts and learn about the day you've excitedly planned. We’ll create your event timeline, schedule and attend a final venue walk through, advise on floor plans, and communicate with all vendors involved. Your coordinator will attend your ceremony rehearsal and will be with you on your wedding day for approximately 10 hours to give you the peace of mind that all details are taken care of, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day!
